Treatment FAQs

What is DREAM Sculpture?

DREAM Sculpture stands for Deep Remodelling by Elevation and Augmentation of the Mass and the treatment is borne of Dr Sebagh's knowledge and expertise with facial anatomy.

The treatment was created and pioneered by Dr Sebagh, and involves the injection of Dermal Filler via a cannula under the skin to achieve the overall effect of a naturally lifted and sculpted visage without recourse to surgery.

What does DREAM Sculpture treat?

DREAM Sculpture is a fantastic treatment to restore volume lost due to a loss of bone density, muscle and fat atrophy which occur naturally with age.

It is particularly beneficial to remedy the loss of the subcutaneous fat at the temples, hollowing around the eye contour, and the loss of volume in the cheekbones and lower cheek area.

Details of the Procedure

First, your doctor will assess the facial anatomy to determine the areas in which volume restoration is required. Then, depending on the treatment area, hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers of different densities and viscosities will be injected via a very fine needle or cannula under the skin.

Is it painful?

The Hyaluronic Acid fillers used in DREAM Sculpture typically include added anaesthetic, making the treatment relatively pain-free. However, depending on the amount of dermal filler required to achieve the desired effect, a topical anaesthetic can be applied to the area before treatment for increased comfort.

What are the risks?

With outcomes comparable to a surgical facelift, a Liquid Facelift carries significantly less risk. Generally, treatment with dermal filler is a very safe procedure with minimal side effects.

What is the downtime?

The treatment only takes around 30 minutes and most patients are able to return to their daily activities immediately following treatment. There may be some swelling and minor bruising after treatment but these should resolve on their own accord.

Avoid touching your face for 6 hours (including makeup application), minimizing sun exposure, and use SPF protection for at least 24 hours following treatment. It is also recommended that you avoid strenuous exercise, UV exposure, saunas as well as alcohol during this period.

When will I see results and how long will they last?

The effects of a Liquid Facelift can be seen immediately with the final result visible after any swelling has resolved.

The dermal fillers used by Dr Sebagh and his team in The Chandos House Clinic are temporary and will be broken down by the body over time and expelled naturally. Results can last anywhere from 1 year to 18 months depending on the dermal filler used and the rate at which an individual's biochemical processes break down the hyaluronic acid filler.
