As with all the Dr's products, this one sinks straight into the skin. It removes every trace of dirt, leaving my face soft and clean (not tight). The best cleaners I've ever used and a reasonable price for the excellent quality.

As with all the Dr's products, this one sinks straight into the skin. It removes every trace of dirt, leaving my face soft and clean (not tight). The best cleaners I've ever used and a reasonable price for the excellent quality.

It is a perfect product!

My friend suggest me use this product, and i hold an doubtful attitude buy it in China! It is expensive to me , because i am a student . But after i use it, it was amazing! My skin was very clean ,white and soft, i was so surprised! I think it is a worthy one to buy.

Check your order. Had 3 missing items and needed to email to actually receive my full order. No apology for my inconvenience. Poor customer service from my experience.

Thank for your comment. We have checked with the customer support team. You emailed us at 3.09pm, 12 January 2021. The customer support team replied 26 minutes later, apologised for the mistake (We apologise for the packing error) and said that they would dispatch the missing products the very same day. This they did and according to the DHL tracking reference, you received the missing items the very next day (13th January).

The mistake should not have happened and for this we apologise again.
